As part of Heidi Unlimited (Personal) or (Business), how often can I email Heidi?
You will be given your very own email address, which you can use to email Heidi between sessions. This is your direct and private path between you and Heidi.
Generally you can expect Heidi to have seen it within 24/48hrs (Mon-Fri). As a rule-of-thumb Heidi tends to check her emails once in the morning and then again in the afternoon. If it makes sense for Heidi to reply by email she will do so outside of and in addition to your pre-arranged 'Transformation Sessions'.
As part of Heidi Unlimited (Personal) there is a Personal 'Life Map Session', where does that take place?
All 'Transformation Sessions' and the Group Mapping Session will take place via Zoom.
When does this Cycle's Group Mapping Session take place?
Typically the 3rd Wednesday in the first month of a new Cycle. For some of the HUP clients it’s very late or very early in the day due to different time zones but all have said consistently, the Group Mapping Session is the thing they really look forward to or if it’s their first time, the best opportunity they’ve had. Group Mapping sessions are exclusively for HUP clients.
When will my appointments be and how far in advance are they made?
Once your space for Heidi Unlimited is confirmed, you will be given a special calendar link where you'll be asked to secure your appointment times. The earlier you book your space within a Cycle, the more appointment options you'll have. Overseas clients are offered UK afternoon time slots (morning their time) unless they prefer what is late night for them, then they are allocated early morning UK times. Calendar times are displayed in your time zone. We ask you to book all of them in, then change them later if required. All appointments must be taken within your 12 week Cycle. If you are UK / European based and cannot make appointments during working hours, you can request early morning slots. Heidi speaks with 1-2-1 clients on Thursdays and Fridays. Any booking appointment issues are solved with your account manager, who will solve any queries for you.
If I apply for any of the Mentorship options, what happens in 12 weeks?
You can either continue on the programme you are on (no need to re-apply) or you can downgrade to what is called 'Maintenance'. Typically at about half way through you will know if you want to continue and you will be asked your intention. We provide an exceptional service and our clients achieve MAJOR transformations, as such the vast majority of our clients have continued with their Mentorship.
What if I want another Cycle in Heidi Unlimited - can I continue?
Heidi always makes sure those who work with her at a higher level, get to stay working with her, even when there is an extensive waiting list. You will be offered to keep your Heidi Unlimited space or Maintenance. If however you choose to release your space and then rejoin later, you'd have to go back to the waiting list to make it fair on those who have been waiting for availability.

I am an existing Member, do I need to apply for Heidi Unlimited?
Although we don't require you to fill in an application form it is preferable.
